THE FINE PRINT
ATTENTION! Please read the fine print before your scheduled appointment and please call for any questions. We come rain or shine unless we get a cancellation notice 24 hours in advance, and thank you!
- Vehicle must be available for at least 2 hours on the complete detail of interior and exterior.
- We accept cash or check. We do not accept credit or debit cards
- If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us 48 hours notice in advance if possible.
- We do not do any 3rd party detailing! Customer must be present during inspection and payment. This avoids any confusion.
- Please secure all animals before the technician arrives.
- We do not offer any paint reconditioning services such as paint corrections, scratch removal or pitch and tar removal.
- Remove all valuables from vehicle before technician arrives.
- All prices are plus tax and we do not combine any discounts!
- We use Meguiar's Premium Wax that is proprietary for being able to apply in direct sunlight or if its lightly misting out it can still be applied!
- We clean your glovebox if it is empty, if it is full we close it. Please remove belongings from glovebox if you would like that area cleaned before your scheduled appointment.
- Courtesy vacuum in the trunk area by request. Just ask!
- We do not clean headliners.
- Open Seven Days a week for your convenience. Most work is performed Monday - Friday, but we still take calls for estimates on weekends also. Special arrangements can be made for a weekend appointment if needed.
- We are a mobile detail service and we do not have a shop. Please keep in mind, some vehicles, such as hotrods, sports cars, some European models, lifted vehicles, contractor vehicles, cargo vans, specialty vehicles, or excessively dirty/ damaged vehicles, are encouraged to go to a location-based shop instead of using a mobile service.
- (Our exterior detail package is recommended for newer and later model vehicles with no damage, scratches, or Oxidation. WE DO NOT DO ANY PAINT CORRECTION!). If your Exterior is in Fair - Poor condition we recommend the interior package only!
- Our mobile detail truck comes to your home residence only. We are unable to service your vehicle if it is parked in an apartment complex parking lot, condominium parking lot or business parking lot. If you do not have a home residence to perform the work, we do have a drop off service and can make special arrangements for you to drop your vehicle off at my home residence to perform the work. Special arrangements must be made in advance and we are happy to accommodate customers for all of your auto detailing needs.
- Your vehicle is top priority. Please keep in mind Anthony answers each call personally. And sometimes will have to take a call during your scheduled visit. Your patience is appreciated during needed restroom breaks as well.
- Questions, concerns or add-ons. Please bring to our attention before your appointment. If there is any special circumstances or special requests that are not on our detailing website, please bring it to our attention beforehand so we can address these issues to satisfy our customers fully.
